Bills at Midseason

The Bills at midseason are an improved team showing signs of promise.  Rookie head coach Sean McDermott has instilled discipline and turned around a floundering program.  Tyrod Taylor continues to turn in uneven performances.  His future with the Bills is uncertain.  LeSean McCoy remains a premier running back; however, opposing defenses have effectively contained him.  The passing game is weak, crippled by the disastrous trade of Sammy Watkins.  The defense has played well but struggles with the pass rush.  Special teams are a bright spot, with Stephen Hauschka hitting the mark.  AT 5 – 3 THE BILLS ARE STILL IN CONTENTION FOR A WILDCARD BERTH.  THE RACE TIGHTENS WITH A MORE CHALLENGING SCHEDULE IN THE HOME STRETCH.  LOOKING TO BREAK THE PLAYOFF DROUGHT WITH A POSTSEASON APPEARANCE, WE HOLD OUT HOPE AS 1BUFFALO.
