Derek Anderson Announces Retirement

Quarterback Derek Anderson has announced his retirement. He was brought in last year to serve as backup to Josh Allen following his injury. The 14 year veteran was a valuable mentor to Allen and Matt Barkley. ANDERSON STARTED HIS CAREER IN 2005 WITH THE RAVENS AND LATER PLAYED FOR CLEVELAND, ARIZONA, AND CAROLINA. HE WORKED WITH COACH McDERMOTT AND CAM NEWTON FOR THE PANTHERS. ANDERSONS RETIREMENT PAVES THE WAY FOR UB BULLS QB TYREE JACKSON TO ROUND OUT THE SIGNAL CALLING RESPONSIBILITIES. EXTENDING ALL BEST WISHES TO DEREK AND HIS FAMILY AS HE TRANSITIONS TO THE NEXT CHAPTER, WE STAND UNITED AS 1BUFFALO.
